CREDIT REPAIR SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Credit Repair Service Agreement between the Company and Client.

By signing this agreement, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

The Company agrees to provide professional credit improvement services including but not limited to:

• Reviewing the Client’s credit reports

• Identifying inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated items

• Preparing and submitting professional dispute letters

• Communicating with credit bureaus and creditors when applicable

• Providing guidance to help improve overall credit profile

The Company will perform up to five (5) rounds of disputes on behalf of the Client. A "round" refers to a full cycle of dispute letters sent and responses received.

The Client understands that credit repair results cannot be guaranteed. Credit bureaus and creditors ultimately decide whether items are verified, corrected, or deleted. While the Company uses professional dispute strategies and proven methods, outcomes may vary. Many clients experience improvements within 30–45 days, however this timeline is not guaranteed.

All service fees paid to the Company are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE except under the condition described in Section 4. By signing this agreement the Client acknowledges that payment is for professional services rendered and not guaranteed results.

If the Company completes five (5) full rounds of disputes and ZERO negative items are deleted, the Client will be eligible for a 100% refund.

Negative items include but are not limited to:

• Collections

• Charge-offs

• Repossessions

• Late payments

• Public records

• Inquiries

• Any other negative credit reporting items

If at least one (1) negative item is successfully deleted, the service will be considered successful and no refund will be issued.

After the completion of the five (5) dispute rounds, if the Client wishes to continue disputing items, a new credit repair service package must be purchased.

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information

• Provide credit report access when requested

• Respond to communications when necessary

• Avoid applying for excessive credit during the process

• Follow recommended credit-building strategiesFailure to cooperate may affect results.

The Client understands they have the right to dispute inaccurate items on their own at no cost. By signing this agreement the Client voluntarily hires the Company to perform these services.

Credit repair is a process that may take several weeks to several months depending on the credit bureaus' response times. The Company does not control bureau timelines.

If any negative item is deleted during the five dispute rounds, the service is considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
